Before wanting to study food engineering, I wanted to study nutrition, I am very interested in food,

 I believe that food can heal us and also make us sick. That is why I would like to specialize in nutrition as well, specifically in a vegan diet, I am not a vegetarian, but I believe that the world is going there, it is what the planet needs, that we stop overeating, the consumption of meat in some countries is incredible, but well that's another topic.

I would like to go to China to study, the life of the Chinese is much longer than in other countries and I think it is because of what they eat, in the south especially near Shanghai, their diet is based on fish and vegetables and rice. love their food!

Absolutely, I would like to study live, I know the language is complicated, but since dreaming is free, I would like to specialize in something there. I would like to go with my family, my husband and my daughter, they have first and second generation Chinese blood, I would like my daughter to know the country where her grandfather was born.

And I like to study, I like to learn about everything, not only about my profession, about life, about culture, that's why nutrition that has to do with so many things would be a good option to learn.

I hope I can do it, but one step at a time.
